Identifying social and cultural factors affecting communication skills of members of Iran Music House; Based on data theory

Abstract
Background and Aim: The search and identification of social and cultural factors and this study was conducted to investigate the layers of social and cultural factors affecting the formation of communication skills of members of the Iranian House of Music.
Method: Data were collected from 29 semi-structured interviews with members of the Iranian House of Music and analyzed by open, central and selective coding methods using grounded theory.
Findings: The general classes identified in this study are: beliefs and values, job vulnerability and membership in the House of Music, communication skills, class and social welfare, socialization and level of education.
Conclusion: The results of this study, in line with many studies, indicate the need to understand the reality of each of the identified socio-cultural factors to improve communication skills at different family and even organizational levels.
